Desert Companion: Focus on Nevada Contest Awards
I am excited and honored to be selected as an award winner for the 2017 Desert Companion Focus On Nevada Photo contest with NPR. My photo "Portrait of An Elder" shown above was awarded First Place in the Artistic/Abstract category, along with two honorable mentions of the images below in the respective categories of Plants/Animals and Self Portraits. The photos will be on a rotating tour around Las Vegas, and I will post up more information with those dates and locations are released. They will also be featured in the June 2017 issue of Desert Companion, which I will be adding to this post when it is published.
